2.) CONSIGNEE INFORMATION MUST INCLUDE CONSIGNEES NAME, ADDRESS, CITY, COUNTRY AND PHONE NUMBER!

From the North

• 895 South through the tunnel to 2nd exit after toll (Exit 8A)
• Stay to the right where the road splits to merge onto Shell Road
• Turn Left onto Chesapeake Ave
• Pass Childs Street on the right
• Take first Right into Madison facility
• Exit from Madison Facility through Childs Street gate

From the South
• 895 North – pass through the toll booth on the extreme right hand side
• Take Exit 9 on the extreme right hand side
• Turn Right onto Frankfurst Avenue
• Turn Left onto Shell Road
• Turn Left onto Chesapeake Ave
• Pass Childs Street on the right
• Take first Right into Madison facility
• Exit from Madison facility through Childs Street gate
